Each visit to you branch was met with understanding for our feelings at such a very difficult time in our lives. You were sensitive & sympathetic with all the details of our decisions & on our visit back to see our mum for the last time. The members of your team who were with us on the day were very considerate & caring. They allowed us to take everything at our own pace & we never felt rushed at any point. They guided us carefully & thoughtfully through every step. Please pass our thanks onto them. Our celebrant Louise was extremely friendly & helped us to remember lots of wonderful times with mum whilst discussing the service. Her delivery of the service was heartfelt to which we would like to say thank you. It helped us feel more at ease on the day & helped us to delivery our tributes. From the moment I met Lesley at the SWF branch , she was so sincere & kind , everything we asked for our mum we got Lesley made me feel so at ease & comfortable with what was a sad time losing my mum , day of the funeral we had the perfect day with the sun shining & the kindness and compassion from Paul J King And the celebrant Louise made the service seem very special , she was so kind & caring too .
