From the first contact with Paul J King South Woodham Ferrers the care has been exceptional. The out of hours gentlemen who I first met cared for my Aunt and talked to her all the time as they took her from the home she loved. Then we met the amazing Lesley and what more can I say. Lesley has cared for me and and my Aunt as if we were her own family. The orders of service prepared were just beautiful and went so well with the mini prayer quilts I had made for all the friends attending. As I live so far away her communication has been exceptional. On the day we said goodbye Paul ensured everything went to plan and gave us as long as we wanted at the Crematorium, this was so appreciated. I felt that everything was just what my Aunt would gave wanted. Thank you all so much for making this a real celebration of 101 years of life well lived.

Their communication, empathy and professionalism is much appreciated by our whole family following the death of our dear Dad. Many thanks in particular to Lesley who was so kind and gave us advice when we needed help. Also to Corinne who conducted Dads service and was so compassionate and kind taking the time to visit mum at home after the service which was a great comfort to her.

Having seen the kindness and respect that was offered to my late Mother-in-Law my wife had no hesitation when she expressed her wishes that we use Paul J King again for her own premature passing. From the initial phone call, across the visits to see Vicki, the service itself and beyond I have to say everything was handled above and beyond the service I wanted, and indeed, needed.
