I can’t put into words how great everyone was to me at Pauljking over my mothers passing I had a amazing lady called Denise when I first met her she instantly made me feel better she done everything she could to make me and mum feel comfortable she truly has a heart of gold and I was so blessed to have such a lovely directors for my mum I would like to thank everyone at pauljking for all your warmth gratitude and kindness you showed me during my hardest time Denise has also inspired me to want to work in a directors so I can make people feel how u made me and my mother thank u so so much xxxx

From the moment of our Mum's passing, Paul King and the team were there looking after her and guiding us through an incredibly emotional time. I cannot praise the attention to detail enough and the professional and caring manner in which they guided us through the requirements to ensure everything was as Mum would have wanted it to be. Lesley at the South Woodham Ferrers office was so supportive and nothing was too much trouble, especially with the visits we made to see Mum in the Chapel.
