I would like to thank all at Paul king for the way they looked after all my family during a very hard time. There attention to detail and the way all of our wishes were carried out to perfection. From the first phone call to Martin we felt reassured, he was our primary point of contact and I couldn’t thank him enough for all his help, kind words and patience. At no point did it feel like a business transaction it was very personal. Everyone on the day of the funeral was faultless. It was a beautiful farewell to our mother. Having used Paul king previously they yet again outdone themselves.

I wrote with reference to the above name mentioned as he was my dad. The funeral arrangements was always going to be a very difficult thing anyone ever has to do, but Paul Kings’s staff, Denise and Corinne from the Chelmsford Office were absolutely brilliant. From the first day we met with Denise she made me and my family feel at ease, she spoke slowly so that we all were able to understand what we had to do. She kept us informed of everything from the time dad was transferred from the hospital to their Chapel of rest. All the arrangements went smoothly even up to the day of his funeral. This was a very very tough day, but the staff on the day were absolutely fantastic and explained everything to us. I couldn’t have wished for anything more from any of them. I would highly recommend Paul King to anyone.
