My husband passed away suddenly from the dreaded C at the end of February 2020. I booked an appointment at the Braintree office, where I was greeted by Kate. During this traumatic time (Covid19 had just reared its ugly head) nothing was too much trouble. Kate always had time to talk to me. My husband was dealt with dignity and respect. Even though in the week of his funeral i had to first reduce numbers down and then again two days before the funeral, on the day of his service I could not have asked for anything more. He arrived in the hearse and the sun shone brightly on his red coffin. The staff at all times were professional and made me feel at ease on such a sad day. Thank you for looking after my husband and myself.

Thank you to all the staff at Paul J King, Burnham branch for the beautiful send off for my mum. They were there from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and mum, I’m sure, would’ve been proud of the ceremony. Obviously, this was a very traumatic experience for my family and I, but Tracey (Burnham office) was amazing in the way that she calmly, and sympathetically, guided us every step of the way through the process – nothing was too much trouble. Paul King and his team were also very professional and respectful, on the day of Dad’s funeral and enabled us to give Dad a send off that he would have been proud of. The service we received throughout was outstanding, we are truly thankful.
