Following the funeral of my dear wife Johanna yesterday I just had to commend Paul King and all his staff at the Chelmsford office for a wonderful, caring and professional funeral. Special thanks to Denise who answered all questions clearly and professionally. Nothing was too difficult for them, having seen Johanna in the chapel of rest the week before, she looked peacefully at rest. A fantastic job, thank you Paul most sincerely from me and my family.

I would like to say my fondest thanks to the lovely Lesley in the SWF office. I wanted an unattended funeral for my Mum because there are only 6 relatives who would attend. I was so unsure about this and felt guilty that this was the decision that I had made. Lesley really put me at ease with my decision which was very hard to make. There was never a problem if I called her to see how far we was with the progress of the date of funeral. Thank-you so much again Lesley you are a truly lovely person and it's my pleasure to have met you.
