My Sister & I would very much like to thank the team at PJK (Chelmsford) for their help with giving our dear mum a lovely send off. From the first phone call to Denise who was very polite, respectful & informative that put our minds at ease throughout the whole process. The two guys, (apologies but i have forgotten their names) that collected mum; who showed the utmost care & respect. Paul & the team who showed the utmost respect, dignity & professionalism on the day of the funeral. Lastly a big thank you to Nigel Catchpole our celebrant who was ever so helpful & respectful with compiling a fitting order of service for mum. Nigel had some very good ideas & advice of which afterwards we had several nice comments. This was indeed the first funeral that i have had to deal with & was recommended PJK by a friend & therefore would have no hesitation in doing the same! We just wanted to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you. From our very first contact at such an awful time, to all of our questions and queries throughout and to the actual funeral itself, your service, compassion and professionalism has been truly outstanding. We had very little understanding and knowledge of what needed to be done and when and were incredibly anxious, but needn't have been as nothing was too much trouble! I would like to thank you for your professional service in relation to my wife's funeral service. I found Martin and Sharon very helpful, approachable and informative with nothing being too much trouble. The service itself was conducted with respect and professionalism by all bearers present on the day. Despite the current situation, the whole process/service was handled very well.
