Thank you to all of your team involved in the send off for my wife Rita. This was the first funeral that I have had to arrange and I had no idea where to start. I walked into the Chelmsford office and was greeted by Denise. That was the start of a very easy journey as Denise guided me in the unknown and made the day perfect. Denise sorted everything and my family can't believe how well I put it together. (I had a little help) Special thanks also to the florist as the flowers were superb. On the day a thank you to Paul and the team for treating my wife with total respect. I went to PJK as I wanted to support a local business as I knew it would cost a few bob. When I got the invoice even that was a pleasant surprise. Service excellent, People excellent, even the price excellent. Thank you all once again and back to my heading THE RIGHT CHOICE.

I would like to thank you so much for your services on the death of my dear wife Monica. From the moment I walked into your Burnham office and met with Debbi I felt confident that I had made the right choice. I had so many questions and requests but all were dealt with in a polite and understanding manner when I most needed help. My family and I appreciate all that you did to give Monica a wonderful send off.

Thankyou for taking care of my dear husband John Richardson from the time you had him in your care until his funeral on 20/05/21 you done him proud. The bespoke coffin was amazing better than I could ever imagined many comments on how nice it was. Your staff are truly amazing pall bearers all smart polite and respectful.
