I would just like to thank Paul King South Woodham Ferrers for the incredibly professional and supportive way they handled mums funeral. This is not something you do regularly and I went in to it with no experience at all. From start to finish they guided me through the process, were incredibly accommodating, helpful and nothing but kind. Lesley was always there to answer questions and to ensure that on the day the only thing I had to remember were my tissues. Paul and his team were really personable and there was never a feeling that we needed to rush or do anything that we didn't want to. I would recommend the team totally and am very grateful to them for everything they did to make a sad situation manageable.

I would just like to say thank you so much to Debby at the Maldon office for all of her kindness, advice and support to me and my Dad. Thank you for treating my beautiful Mum, Marie with such respect. Debby really listened to us when we wanted to talk about Mum. It felt like talking to a friend, whether that was in person, on the phone or via email. Any questions we had were answered and she took such an interest in Mum’s Order of Service, to make sure we got it just right. Mum’s funeral was perfect. The bespoke flowers for Mum’s casket were beautiful (The Flower Shed), and Corinne and her team looked so smart and really guided us on the day. Reverend Michael Child did a fantastic job with Mum’s service at Chelmsford Crematorium too. Thank you again to all involved.

Thank you to all of your team involved in the send off for my wife Rita. This was the first funeral that I have had to arrange and I had no idea where to start. I walked into the Chelmsford office and was greeted by Denise. That was the start of a very easy journey as Denise guided me in the unknown and made the day perfect. Denise sorted everything and my family can't believe how well I put it together. (I had a little help) Special thanks also to the florist as the flowers were superb. On the day a thank you to Paul and the team for treating my wife with total respect. I went to PJK as I wanted to support a local business as I knew it would cost a few bob. When I got the invoice even that was a pleasant surprise. Service excellent, People excellent, even the price excellent. Thank you all once again and back to my heading THE RIGHT CHOICE.
