I would like to express my sincere thanks to Denise, Paul, Corinne and the entire team for the care, compassion and support they provided throughout Grandma’s funeral arrangements. Denise was incredibly supportive during what was a difficult and emotional time. Her kindness, understanding and professionalism made a real difference, ensuring that everything was handled with dignity and sensitivity. I am particularly grateful to Paul for allowing me to be so closely involved in Grandma’s final journey. From the preparations and coffin fitting to conducting the funeral service, every stage was a privilege and something I will always remember. As a former employee, I fully appreciate the level of trust Paul placed in me on this occasion. Allowing me to take such an active role was not simply a personal kindness, but a professional gesture of considerable significance. I recognise that Paul was placing his own professional reputation, as well as the reputation of the business, in my hands. That trust was neither expected nor taken lightly, and I am sincerely grateful for the confidence he showed in me. I was also grateful for the opportunity to carry out the chapel visit for my Aunty, with Corinne present in the office at the time. It was a particularly meaningful experience, and I appreciated being trusted with something so personal and important. My thanks also go to Corinne for her kindness and support during that visit. Most importantly, Paul helped me fulfil a promise I made to Grandma five years ago. Being able to honour that promise and play such a personal part in her final farewell meant more to me than words can adequately express. It was something I had carried with me for five years, and thanks to Paul's understanding, trust and generosity, I was able to see that promise through. A heartfelt thank you must also go to all the bearers, who carried out their responsibilities with dignity, care and professionalism. I would particularly like to mention Steve, our hearse driver, for the professionalism, respect and care he showed throughout Grandma’s final journey. His contribution was greatly appreciated and deserves special recognition. The attention to detail, respect and care shown throughout were exceptional. I must also mention that the funeral conductor looked incredibly professional and rather handsome, which certainly didn't go unnoticed! What could have been an overwhelmingly difficult experience was made that much easier through the kindness, patience and support of everyone involved. Thank you to Denise, Paul, Corinne, Steve and all the bearers, not only for helping give Grandma the dignified and personal farewell she deserved, but also for allowing me to keep a promise that had meant so much to me for five years. That is something I will treasure and never forget.

Thank you to all your team for caring for my wife. From day one when I visited your office in Hullbridge I was made to feel at ease. Debbie and then Tracey are lovely ladies with a huge amount of empathy for whom they are talking to. When I revisited with my wife's daughter to discuss details with Tracey we both knew at the close that my wife, her mother, would be in very caring and capable hands. Tracey kept me informed every step of the way and on the final day Corinne and the team of bearers and drivers were professional and very respectful and made a difficult day so much easier, our very big thanks go to them all. You and your company and all the members are a great credit to your profession. Again thank you.

I just wanted to send a note to say a huge thank you to you and all your team for caring for my Dad. You have all made a very difficult time so much easier. Lesley in the South Wooham Ferrers office is quite literally an angel. She put both my brother and I at ease right from the start, with her caring, sympathetic nature. We knew Dad would be looked after with dignity in his final part of his journey. Nothing has been too much touble for Lesley, she kept us updated at all times and always made us feel comfortable. She is a huge credit to your team. Louise Linton, the celebrant was fantastic also. She caputred my Dads personality to a tee from just a short meeting and people commented after the service that the eulogy described the man they remembered. She is absolutey lovely, with a beautiful soul and is very skilled at what she does. I have thanked her pesonsally but thought you should know just how wonderful she is also. And lastly a massive thank you to you and your men that were at the service on Friday. You all were so professional, respectful and calm, even in that heat! I dont know the names of who was working with you but please thank them all for me. Again they are a credit to Paul Kings. Your team is amazing and we will be forever grateful to you all.
