Thank you to all your team for caring for my wife. From day one when I visited your office in Hullbridge I was made to feel at ease. Debbie and then Tracey are lovely ladies with a huge amount of empathy for whom they are talking to. When I revisited with my wife's daughter to discuss details with Tracey we both knew at the close that my wife, her mother, would be in very caring and capable hands. Tracey kept me informed every step of the way and on the final day Corinne and the team of bearers and drivers were professional and very respectful and made a difficult day so much easier, our very big thanks go to them all. You and your company and all the members are a great credit to your profession. Again thank you.

I just wanted to send a note to say a huge thank you to you and all your team for caring for my Dad. You have all made a very difficult time so much easier. Lesley in the South Wooham Ferrers office is quite literally an angel. She put both my brother and I at ease right from the start, with her caring, sympathetic nature. We knew Dad would be looked after with dignity in his final part of his journey. Nothing has been too much touble for Lesley, she kept us updated at all times and always made us feel comfortable. She is a huge credit to your team. Louise Linton, the celebrant was fantastic also. She caputred my Dads personality to a tee from just a short meeting and people commented after the service that the eulogy described the man they remembered. She is absolutey lovely, with a beautiful soul and is very skilled at what she does. I have thanked her pesonsally but thought you should know just how wonderful she is also. And lastly a massive thank you to you and your men that were at the service on Friday. You all were so professional, respectful and calm, even in that heat! I dont know the names of who was working with you but please thank them all for me. Again they are a credit to Paul Kings. Your team is amazing and we will be forever grateful to you all.

Brian David Phipps – 16/02/1935 - 09/05/2026. (Known as PIP) I would just like to say a huge heartfelt thank you to both Tracey and Debbie for their extreme professionalism, sensitivity, love and care in the preparation duties leading up to my Dad’s funeral 24th June 2026. They both made Ian (my partner) and myself feel totally at ease throughout the whole process as what was of course an extremely difficult and emotional time with the sad loss of my lovely Dad. As we live in Kent whenever we were at my Dad’s place in Hullbridge, we would make an appointment and call in for a coffee, chat and catch up with the funeral arrangements. We were kept up to date via calls on everything that was taking place. The pure kind-hearted and nature of both the ladies are a true credit to your business, and for that both Ian and I cannot praise them highly enough. I would also like to extend my extreme gratitude and thanks to Jillian and Corinne. Jillian was so comforting on her visit to see us at my Dad’s where she showed that she has a true heart of gold absorbing all the lovely thoughts of my Dad’s life. She also ensured follow up calls with me to ensure that she had captured all my thoughts correctly, going that extra mile to find a beautiful poem as well, Gone Fishing. Jillian’s delivery of Dad’s Eulogy was so well executed with both seriousness and humour which is a huge credit to her as a loving and caring person. Corinne was very special on the day. She made sure that I was put at ease with her kind words. It made me so proud that she walked in front of Dad which gave that extra special touch. Corinne also ensured that everything was so well organised at the Crematorium with people and process. That took pressure away from myself. Please pass on our thanks to all four ladies and the Pallbearers. Once again, thank you for the compassion and professionalism shown by all your staff. Saying goodbye to my Dad was obviously a very tough time for me but made easier by your ladies wonderful compassion. Love and best Wishes, Lynne, Ian, Mark and family.
