I recently had to arrange my beloved father's funeral, something I had never done before, and it was naturally a time filled with emotion and uncertainty. Tracey and Debbie in the office were both wonderful throughout, and a few days before the service Paul called to reassure us that everything was in hand, which brought great comfort. On the day of the funeral Paul and his team were exceptional. Everything ran seamlessly and the service was absolutely perfect, a beautiful tribute to my Dad. The aftercare has also been outstanding. Tracey has checked in to make sure we are coping and has kindly offered a chat over a cuppa whenever we need it.
