I recently had to arrange my beloved father's funeral, something I had never done before, and it was naturally a time filled with emotion and uncertainty. She put us at ease with her kindness and compassion and guided us gently through every step of the process. Tracey and Debbie in the office were both wonderful throughout, and a few days before the service Paul called to reassure us that everything was in hand, which brought great comfort. On the day of the funeral Paul and his team were exceptional. Everything ran seamlessly and the service was absolutely perfect, a beautiful tribute to my Dad. The aftercare has also been outstanding. Tracey has checked in to make sure we are coping and has kindly offered a chat over a cuppa whenever we need it. I just wanted to write a few lines of thanks after the passing of our beloved father. No one ever expects they have a death to deal with until of course, someone dies. It was therefore much appreciated that the ordeal was made as painless as possible. Lesley who handles the details and fields all queries was brilliant from the start to the end. She talked us through the process and took most of the organising off of our hands keeping regular contact and acting as liaison between services required. On funeral day all run to time and as expected from a Funeral Directors who has been doing this a long time. Many thanks.
