A Simple Way To Go
We will provide our Standard Unattended funeral as a Simple Way To Go service for those who require no fuss or simply have a very limited budget. This service, also known as an Unattended Funeral or Direct Transfer funeral, is ideal for anyone who wants to have a quick, uncomplicated cremation - but done with the same professionalism and attention to detail that characterises everything we do.
Having a Simple Way To Go service does not prevent you having additional services. You may, for example, want to have a celebration of life church service with the actual cremation being a direct transfer.
The Simple Way To Go service includes:
- Collection of deceased in a Private Ambulance during normal working hours within a 20 mile radius of our office
- Liaising with external organisations such as Doctors and Crematoria
- Care of the deceased until the day of the funeral
- A plain unfurnished coffin
- Transportation to the crematorium on the day of the funeral
- Crematorium fee
- Return of ashes
This service strictly excludes:
- Doctor's fees
- Attendance by mourners
- Any form of service at crematorium
- A hearse or limousine
- Handling of donations or flowers
- Visiting our Chapel of Rest
- Collection of donations
- Hygienic treatment
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE
Our Standard Unattended Simple Way To Go funeral cost is £1,550.00
Additional fee for Out of Hours Removals
- Local collection of the deceased outside our normal office hours - £275
