Our Basic Funeral Fees
The Basic Funeral includes
- Collection of the deceased in a Private Ambulance during office hours within a 20-mile radius of our office.
- Guidance on Registration of Death and Coroner’s procedure as necessary
- Making funeral arrangements in our offices by appointment
- Liaising with external organisations such as Doctors and Crematoria
- Care of the deceased until the day of the funeral
- Dressing the deceased in one of our robes
- A simple wood effect coffin with four handles suitable for burial or cremation
- Provision of one of our experienced Funeral Directors on the day of the Funeral
- Our team of up to four uniformed Bearers to carry the coffin into the crematorium or graveside
- A modern standard fleet Hearse to carry coffin to meet at the nearest cemetery or crematoria
- Guidance and support following the funeral with our Bereavement Support Programmes
This service strictly excludes
- Handling of donations
- Visiting our Chapel of Rest
- A service in Church prior to burial or cremation
- Choice of day and time
- Temporary Grave Marker
The fee for this basic arrangement is £2,445 + Disbursements
Out of Hours FEE FOR Removals
- Local collection of the deceased outside our normal office hours - £275
