I would like to pass on my grateful thanks to everyone at the Heybridge office for their professionalism, kindness, dignity and sympathy when dealing with my dear Dad's funeral arrangements. From the first meeting with Corinne and subsequent meetings and telephone calls with Sharon and Martin, right up until the end of the funeral service, I was looked after and guided all the way. Nothing was too much trouble. I decided I would like to see my Dad in the Chapel of Rest and Sharon very patiently went through what to expect. I know this will sound daft, but it really looked like my Dad, lying at peace, and I was able to kiss him goodbye. Nigel Catchpole, the celebrant, also deserves a mention for conducting a great send off for our Dad, everyone commented on what a lovely service it was. I will be eternally grateful for all your kindness at such a difficult time, thank you all.

Thank you to the staff at the Heybridge office with whom we dealt following the death of our mother. At a very difficult time we were guided through the necessary procedures with kindness and understanding. The funeral service was everything we hoped it could be given the current circumstances. The funeral director, Corinne, was so kind on the day and ensured that everything went well.

My Sister and I, together with all our family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone at Paul J King's Funeral Directors for the truly lovely way we were able to say goodbye to our Mum on 21 August 2020. From when we first contacted them until we were dropped back home, the care and compassion shown by all the staff was exceptional and truly professional in every way. The attention to detail and the little things, that in times of grief can often be overlooked was first class. Special thanks must go to Denise who dealt with each and every question, request, and change we made with the utmost respect and helpfulness and to Paul himself for ensuring on the day our Mum had the perfect send-off.
