Fees for additional services
In addition to our standard services we can offer the services of:
- Hygienic Treatment of the deceased known as Embalming - £190
(Embalming is the process of preserving a body to delay the natural break down of cells, which begins when we die. It temporarily helps prevent the processes that cause our bodies to decay). - Surgical removal of Radioactive Pacemakers for Cremation - £105
- Local collection of the deceased in a Private Ambulance outside our normal office hours - £275
- Repatriation to and from other areas and Countries - £POA
We are happy to assist to any level for our services for those who wish to choose not to use our Traditional funeral packages and prefer a Menu option to enable a ‘family created funeral’
- Care of the deceased up to 10 days in our temperature-controlled mortuary facility - £345
- Collection of deceased in our Private Ambulance during normal office hours - £115
- Guidance on Registration of Death and Coroner’s procedure as necessary and preparing paperwork including a one-hour consultation to plan out the funeral requirements - £265
- An experienced member of our staff to assist and guide family members who wish to dress the deceased in our premises - £65
- Provision of one of our Funeral Directors on the day of the funeral to advise on procedures and to oversee the smooth running of the ceremony - £225
- Provision of up to four uniformed bearers to assist carrying the coffin. (for Health and Safety we require that coffins are carried only by our staff or, only by family members but not a combination) - £345
- Transportation of the coffin in our Traditional motor Hearse including our own driver £475 *
* These prices are for places of service within 20 miles. Where the journey exceeds 20 miles, additional mileage will be charged at £2.5 per mile.
